I got it at a good price. It was delivered promptly and I installed it easily. It looks and works good.
Wanted a window AC for my bedroom. 6000 BTU is just what I needed to keep upstairs cooled off WITHOUT running my house AC. Not big and bulky and the price was just right. Great value for the money ! ! !
works like a dream. not a noise as my last one. wish it would start on what i have it set for but I have to change it each time I turn it on. still a great purchase
The Air Conditioners were fine the delivery was bad .They were to delivery on a Monday and one came thursday and the second came friday.
Couldn't rate the installation and noise level, as the unit has yet to be installed. I can say it is lighter than older units and it has a drainage plug that is easy to remove. That option is one of the reasons I went with this one. Since I had to get rid of an AC that had mold. Even though the older one was installed correctly.
So far, 2mo, its been great. My only complaint is sometimes when it first turns on it sequels for like 5min. Other than that no complaints, It cools my entire upstairs, 2 bedroom and a huge bathroom and hallway
The unit looks great, no damage, but the top rail that holds the side panels is missing and not included in the box. We're unable to install the unit because there's no way to fully attach the side panels, and without the top rail and sides, it can't be securely held in the window.

Missing parts! Incredibly inconvenient and very unhappy. I purchased this item because it was on sale and for the convenience of online ordering and delivery. Now I have to return it and can't install this weekend when I had the time to do it. Very unsatisfied.
I bought two of these and when I opened the first box I noticed there was no manual and then there were missing parts so there was no way I'd be able to use it. I thought it may have been a fluke so then I opened the second box and the same exact things were missing. I looked for a way to contact the manufacturer and the phone number that's given was disconnected and the only other way to contact them was through email. I was furious because what kind of a business functions this way? I contacted Walmart right away and when they gave me the same exact instructions on how to get in touch with the manufacturer I demanded a refund. I did actually try to contact them manufacturer through Walmart to see if they be willing to make good and they never got back to me. I have no idea why they would consider the seller a pro seller considering how unprofessional they conduct themselves. I hope that anyone else who buys this product doesn't have to go through the same disappointment that I did.
