As advertised.
*Assembly should be n/a, as it is just one piece and needs no assembly. However, n/a was not an option. Ready to use out of the box, exactly as advertised. Good padding, good quality cover. I haven't had it very long yet, but expect it to hold up well to daily use. If not I will come back and update my review.

Ab Exercise Mat
It made my abs sore so you know it's working lol. And it's comfortable on my back compared to doing sit ups on the floor.

Quality back pad
I can't believe how much easier this makes sit up. Now that my back is supporting in a comfortable angle I can focus on isolating to muscles in my abdomen!! Highly recommend.

Good sit-up mat!
This mat is perfect if you have lower back and tailbones issues doing sit-ups. It does not occupy much space and is convenient to carry over. A bit pricey though!
