Philosophy Gym Aerobic High Step Platform with Adjustable Height and 4 Risers, 16" x 16" - Gray

Just what I needed! Up until now, I was using a stool for thigh workouts. Obviously it can't be adjusted as you improve. This stepper grows with you as you improve, is lightweight and versatile since I can also use it for bridge work and even as a bench for weight training. I couldn't be happier with this item … and the price was great.

Sturdy, grips floor well, alternate heights offered. Wish it was slightly higher

I love this step riser. Small for home gym and excellent for many exercises.

Purchased as a gift - they love them.

I'm not sure why these are so expensive. They're extremely lightweight and don't lock into each other. In addition, I tried using this, but ended up returning. I hated that the edges of it were sloped. One of the reasons that I purchased this is that I do hip raises and other hip exercises that require me to be on the edge of the step. With these being deviled edges, you can never truly get right on the edge of the step, and I found myself swinging my other leg into it during exercise exercises.

This Philosophy Gym Aerobic Exercise Adjustable High Step Platform is only about 12 INCHES HIGH when all the risers are stacked. This platform is NOT 16 inches high.
