Excellent for Bowlers!
I saw this on my Facebook feed. The woman was using it to strengthen her wrist to get under the ball better. Choose a weight the same as your ball and do 20-30 swings a day. Amazing. Fits perfect.

Sad face
I was very excited for the kettle belt. It looks beautiful unfortunately I can't give it a good review because it got lost in transit. They had me waiting for two weeks somewhere in the middle the update stop it got stuck. It made all the way to California, not far from my house and a week later the report said it was damaged and it was unable to reach his destination. I called and got my money back. it was such a hassle. I am so disappointed. Here's a picture of where it would've gone instead when I finally got my money back I ordered a Marcy 25 pound kettle bill and I don't regret it one bit. Just buy the Marcy.
