PHion Balance Diagnostic Ph Test Strips, 4.5 - 9.0 ph Range, 90-Count

I do not have any other brand to compare this with, but from reading other reviews have determined that this brand is pretty good and the only improvement seems to be more clarification with instructions (for someone who never used these before). They are usable for urine or saliva testing and you can put them directly in your mouth for saliva testing. They seem to be accurate but I have no other way of knowing that. I called the company and got the testing details: 1. Do not eat, drink or brush teeth 1 hour before testing; drinking water is ok. 2. Rinse mouth and wait about 3 minutes. 3. Test saliva by gathering saliva in mouth and spitting in glass or spoon and placing test strip in saliva or place strip directly on tongue for 15 seconds. 4. After 15 seconds match colors to chart. Discard strip.

I'm not sure how many weeks it took for this product to get here, but it's close to a month. I ordered it a couple days before Christmas and it just got here yesterday (so probably 27, 28ish days?) It was a long wait, and I considered calling to see if it was still being sent, but once I got it I believe it worked wonderfully! I've never used any pH strips before, but it was pretty easy to match the colors on the strips to the colors on the bottle, and it's nice that it not only has a wide range, but also informs you of which levels are optimal and which are too alkaline or too acidic. Glad I purchased them!

The test strips were good quality, easy to use, and the instructions were very clear. I also think they were a good price for the product and quality.

These are necessary for alkaline food plan.

It arrived sooner than I expected. The gradations are similar in color so they are kind of hard to read exactly but you get the gist.

Product is easy to use; directions on product insert were very explicit.

The color codes are too subtle. Difficult to decide which color is the correct one.

I purchased this product because I read some good reviews. But I wouldn't recommend because it bleed and the reading were all over the place. I know there were days I should have been reading high alkaline but it read 6.5.

Very difficult to read results, the colors didn't match up with any of the colors on the chart, very confusing to use.
