Nice performance and love the Chef Connect feature

Marioochi August 18, 2026

We love this cooktop, easy to clean, heats quickly and better safety with young kids in the house. We love the large element which easily fits out large Dutch ovens. Never had an issue with our pans not getting recognized and the wifi and Chef Connect feature syncs flawlessly with our GE OTR lights and fan. This is a nice feature you normally only find in higher end brands. Overall love the performance! The only negative: The "Precission Cooking" is pretty useless, unless you have a bluetooth probe or niche smart pans which no longer support an app, this feature is useless so don't buy this cooktop if this is something you really want. For standalone temperature control, get a Bosch

Amazing Appliance

KA5station October 2, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the new induction cooktop! Controls are intuitive and the lack of heating elements greatly improve the ability to maintain a cool kitchen. The appliance arrived on time, well packed and exactly as advertised.

Fab little cooktop

Junelj November 28, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my cooktop for several months now. I love cooking, and this cooktop helps me to enjoy it even more. Great performance all around.

Responsive,

Cacatlast July 15, 2023

I love my new induction cooktop; it is so much more responsive than my old cooktop. Just a little puzzled because I thought it would not be hot to the touch. Not a problem since we don't have little ones in the house.

Better than the competition

nbkkdr December 27, 2024

This is our second induction cooktop, the first being from another manufacturer that only lasted 5 years. We love the new GE Profile cooktop and enjoy it way more than our last one. The controls are easier to understand and use, and makes cooking much more fun.

inconsistent burners

unhappy mom too October 29, 2025

Left front and rear burners are the same wattage and supposed to be identical. However my 8" frypan works on the back burner but not the front. GE says it's the pan. I say it's the tolerances and that the front burner assembly has an issue. If you buy GE, know that some of your induction pans that have worked on inexpensive induction burners for years may not work on this expensive unit, but you will not get resolution from GE. I would not buy GE again.

New model is worst

GunVag September 10, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Based on the good performance of old (2015-22) GE Profile PHP9030SJSS, I replaced the same GE induction cooktop. Unfortunately the new model has below issues: !) All my small pots working on the old model are not working on the new model. 2) The burners some time stop working. 3) High pitch sound comes while starting small burner when big burners is in use.

none

paw717 February 22, 2026

small pot surface area's 1inch smaller then our older cook top, instead of 1 8", 2 7" and 1 6", we got 1 7", 2 6" and 1 5" cooking surface areas. That makes a big difference when you are using pots sized for the older cook top. Also the temp. usage settings only work on you purchasing new expensive pans. This made the purchase not worth it. Please do your research before buying.
