I have been looking for a probiotic that I could actually feel was doing something for me and I havw found it! this has really straightened out my digestive track and I feel so much better!

Once these got in my system, my hot flashes stopped

I have IBSC and I'm going through menopause! So far so good with this probiotic. I'm starting my third month and my second month wasn't as effective as my first month so not sure if I will have to change up and try again. But, overall, I have been pleased. Better than the others I've tried for menopause.

These have helped quite a bit with my night sweats. I haven't been taking them a full month yet so I can't elaborate any further. But they have helped my most bothersome peri-menopause symptom.

I’ve used this before and it works fine. However, the price of the smaller bottle has nearly doubled. I ordered the 2 month supply and realize the best if used by date will arrive before I complete the capsules. Please do better. If your products are reaching the expiration date, consider lowering the price to get them off of your shelves.

I did not notice any change in menopausal symptoms at all. However, it does cause gas. So if that is what you want, buy this.
