This product is awesome! I usually use high end eye liner costing over $20 a pop and I have found my new eyeliner! It's just under $10, stays on all day, and the applicator allows you to go super thin. Winging your eyeliner is a breeze!
Love this product!! It stays on all day. Never have to touch up. Comes off very easy with eye makeup remover.
I love that this has a brush tip! I thought it was felt when I first looked at it but it is well tapered soft bristles that allow the liner to come through, so no more wasting product wiping shadow off of a felt tip. It says on the box to shake well before using, which may be why some find it to be less pigmented after a few uses. The ultra black is the best true black and it lasts all day as long as I use my usual eye primer (I have severely oily lids, so this is required for anything to stay on my eyes for more than half an hour).
I was not used to using liquid eyeliner so it took a little practice for me to be able to apply it well. If you "aim" for the base of your lashes then you'll get a nice line right along the eyelid. Since using this almost daily (5x/week) I've noticed my lashes growing both in length and number.
I love this eyeliner! It is much easier to apply than other liquid eyeliners as it has a very fine point. It also last through it all... sweat, rain, water, etc, but come off easily with makeup remover. I thought it was a bit "pricey" but when I went to Ulta, I saw a Lorac eyeliner that was exactly the same as this for $35, so I think the $10 price tag is well worth it!
Lashes are thicker and longer after a month of use and looking full again. In my younger years, I had full thick long lashes, but they seemed to be getting shorter, not so thick even with mascara added just wasn't worth wearing mascara honestly cause there wasn't much lashes to apply almost as if my lashes where vanishing. Anyways, I didn't wear it as eye liner though. I used it for what it was and continued to use my original go to eyeliner. I extended my eye out and put underneath eyelashes on top diwn the base of eyelashes and did the same for lower eyelashes. This has worked for me.
very pigmented and long lasting. I dont know if its really helped grow my eyelashes but it cant hurt.
I got this to replace my Stila, they cost me so much. It's not bad, very easy to apply and control, and it won't melt. It's easy to draw thin line and good for starter. The color is not very thick and dark though, if that's what you are asking for. Usually I need to redraw to make it look obviously. Will it last for a long time? i don't think so. every brand of liquid eyeliner pen drys out soon.
I bought this eyeliner from the Physicians Formula line mainly because the company does not test on animals. I liked that this eyeliner went on very easily. The wand tapers to a fine tip so you have a lot of control. The tube seemed not to last very long, as the eyeliner began to look paler and more watery a few weeks after purchase. The most important reason I did not care for this eyeliner is that after a few hours, the liner seems to disappear or melt so that you look as if you didn't bother to put on eye makeup. I did not notice any length in my eyelashes. To be fair, I don't bother with putting eye makeup foundation on my lids before applying liner, so maybe that is the reason the eyeliner seemed to evaporate. Another reason the eyeliner did not work for me is that my skin is oily. This eyeliner may be wonderful for people with a different skin type.
I have used Physicians Formula Eye Booster for over 5 years and really like it. This particular eyeliner tube was defective as nothing came out of the brush.
