Physicians Formula Eye Booster Waterproof Ultra Fine Liquid Eyeliner, Blackest Black

This does NOT smudge! I used to wear Tarte Sex Kitten liquid eye liner until I discovered Physicians Formula and this is by far the best drugstore liner I've come across. The crispiest, cleanest line and it stays sleek all day. 10/10.

I really like this eyeliner. The tip is fine and easy for me to use. The color is very bold, doesn't skip, and makes a statement. Love that it's waterproof. Wish it was a bit more affordable but makeup is expensive nowadays. I would recommend this.

Initially was buying a similar but way more expensive brand that didn't last long. These last a very long time and they come in brown which I love. The black is a little harsh for me, but if you're younger you may like it better.

I have used this eyeliner for a few years — so many others have caused minor allergic reactions, but not this one! It goes on smoothly and precisely and I also love the softer brown color!

The package had been opened, but seems ok, I like the actual product, but was concerned since the package itself had been opened an not sure if I should use it.

The eyeliner is great if you get it! Have had so many problems with Walmart deliveries the last five of them… Either missing items, delivered to someone else's house, or damaged items! I even had a driver drop one of my milks because she was insistent on carrying two jugs of milk with two fingers on one hand! Get with it guys I don't know what the issue is

This eyeliner does not work for droopy or hooded eyes. The entire line transfers to the upper lid and smudges under the eyes, and it is not waterproof or even sweat‑resistant. I live in Southern California, and the heat melts the eyeliner within minutes. I have to clean it up to five times a day and reapply it. It's practically new and already drying out, so I had to buy another one. This is one of the worst eyeliners I've used in a long time, and I don't recommend it. This is an ultra‑fine liquid eyeliner marketed as waterproof and long‑lasting. In real use, it smudges easily, fades quickly, and does not hold up to heat or sweat.

From the beginning I could not get it to work I don't know if it was just all dried up or what but I tried over and over to get it to work and it wouldn't work at all.

I had bought this eyeliner previously and I loved it. I bought it again in very black and it's like a pale black now.. Not the same even though it was the exact same thing.

this eyeliner barely comes out and I have to reapply over and over to get it black. no ease of use and you cant squeeze the pen to get any out.
