I like that they are liquid capsules. Calcium is easier to digest in liquid form. And the magnesium helps it to absorb better. Great product.

Great product
I've been taking these liquid in a soft gel capsules calcium vitamins for a long time. There are several different forms off calcium in them which is very good plus very absorbable. The company that makes them are very high quality. I recommend these to anyone that's wants a good calcium supplement.
