Good way to consume calcium
I don't break down vitamin tablets very well, so was glad to find this liquid calcium w/ magnesium. Probably much easier for my body to access.

Easier to swallow than tablets!
Even though the caps are large, they are easy for me to swallow. A definite plus given the amount of calcium in the softgels.

Pills damaged when arrived
I have used this product before. It works well for me. My problem was that when I opened the bottle a handful of pills were smashed into one another leaving a powder film all over the others. I have never encountered that with this product before. So I sent it back.
