I've been using it about a week now, and I feel it does have a calming effect. I mix it in with green tea, and can't even taste it. Will continue using to see if the calming effect lasts. Lemon balm is supposed to be antiviral and antibacterial also, so hopefully that helps during this season when so many are getting sick.

I was looking for a healthy tasty lemon balm extract in my tea. The packaging/labeling caught my attention. The liquid dissolves easily but appears completely tasteless. Not sure how many drops would be needed to obtain a slightly sour taste. Thus, I cannot embrace the “Zesty Zeal” as advertised., nor the bright lemon color which seems misleading to me. The product has a possible calming effect and I respect that it is processed with care. I may have to buy other lemon balm extract products to compare.

Arrived early, great taste, it works really well whenbtaken at night, it helps you relax and fall asleep faster but it didnt help much with my sugar cravings after taking it for a month.
