I've only been taking this for a few days. I hope it helps with my Depression the longer I continue to take it. Time will tell. They are easy to swallow.

It helps with your mood, stress level. I've been taking it for a few years now and I can definitely tell it different and I don't take it. It's better than taking prescription medication.

this product is great for anxiety, but causes a big problem for sleep. i woke up many times , netting about 5 hrs sleep

This product is fantastic!I fell it's effect immediately when I take them in the morining on an empty stomach.It immediatelty puts my mind on a calm and relax state.I've been taking them for about 3 weeks now,and the effect is the same now as during the first dose.I have not noticed any tolerance since starting this supplement 3 weeks ago.This is a great daily supplement that does not cause fatigue or cause any type of brain fog.This is definietly a good quality supplement.I would recommend.You would be surpriced at how relaxed your mind and body is.

Bottle says 400 mg but then serving size indicates 2 capsules equal 400mg and the in parentheses “derived from 800mg Sam-e! Really confusing. Directions say to take with food but all other brands say on an empty stomach.
