My kids had played with a smaller, different brand version of this product at their grandma's house. We have other Picasso Tile products we enjoyed, so I purchased this one for at home. They all really liked it, ages 8 to 16. We really appreciated the attached magnet pen and the ease of pressing the magnets back down.
My grandson loves the boards. His therapist had them in her sessions qith him. He is addicted. Being autistic, its just ine more tool that helps us to qork with him.
My kids (18 months and 4.5 years) love this toy. We take it on car trips and to restaurants. It keeps their attention and is quiet and educational. I have had several parents ask me where to buy it
My granddaughters love it
My son is nonverbal. He has autism. I first saw one of these during one of his OT sessions. My son loved it and that's all he wanted to play with. I purchased it that day and gave it to him for Christmas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son absolutely loves this! He likes to practice with the tracing components, and spelling out his name. This is a great addition to his learning collection. Easy to use, and carry around when we're on the go.
Seems to be a nice item, just wish it was colorful. Have not given as gift yet but will update after I do.
I bought this for my 3 year old grandson for Christmas so we haven't actually opened it yet as it's meant to be a Christmas gift but I can say that it arrived in a timely manner and appears to be exactly what I had hoped for. I will update my review after Christmas as to whether or not it was a good purchase for a 3 year old and if I would recommend it to anyone else.
I have mixed feelings about this toy. The magnets are too strong so its hard for the kids to easily trace the letters since its pulling so hard at the same time it shows them to stay in the line. But i definitely feel like the magnetic pull is still too strong. Love the idea of this though.
The pin comes apart too easy and doesn't stay with the board, which makes it un functional and difficult to use.
