Beautiful and very well made. We had trouble removing the drawers to attach the legs, but if you pull really hard they will come out. Desk arrived in perfect condition and was well protected during shipping.

My item was delivered today as damaged similar to what has happened per other reviews, hutch is busted and gaping in places and the desk is dented as well as the drawer is damaged on the left side, which is really ashame because it truly is a beautiful piece of furniture. Some of the damage looks like it was at the manufacturer's and it probably didn't help when FedEx flopped it on our concrete steps. I definitely love it so I will try and get a replacement or reorder. Its perfect for my space. Just disappointing that people aren't as careful with things as they would be their own..... I have several other pictures but it would only let me upload 2.

The purchase and shipping process was great. However, when I received the desk the wood was cracked that held the screw for the rail of the left desk drawer. The panel under the desk is flimsy and the staples were loose or missed the wood on the right side of the desk. Part of the panel was smashed and falling loose. Instructions for attaching the legs were inside the body of the desk. One screw was missing for attaching the legs. I agree with other reviewers that the product was packaged really good so the damage is happening during the manufacturing process.

Bought this for my 10 y.o. daughter and quickly realized that the depth of the drawers meant that you had to get a very short chair which meant that the desk was too high. So I bought a taller chair and then the desk height fit, but the space between the chair and the bottom of the desk was so small that her legs didn't fit under the desk. Mind you, I am talking about a skinny young girl. So I bought some 4-inch bed lifts to place under the legs. This gave her enough room for her legs but now the desk was too high. She is now 13 and it has never been a good fit. We are getting her a new desk. Bummed that I wasted the money.

This desk was for my daughter's birthday. She was so upset when we opened it to find multiple damage to the desk and hutch. The damage is not due to Fedex transportation as it was packed well, so it looks like the manufacturer is sending out damaged goods. Could only upload 2 photos

We bought this desk as a gift for our 10-year old daughter. It had been out of stock for a long time, was finally in stock, so we hurried to buy it. She was sooo excited. The desk and hutch came well-packaged and in two boxes. When we opened the first box, it was the hutch and, without even taking it out of the box, we could tell the top left corner of the hutch was not only cracked about 3 inches, the plywood was crushed. It was not the shipping, because the box was perfect, the packaging was perfect, and not a thing was out of order. This means the manufacturer's shipping department deliberately packaged a defective hutch, at Christmas time, and made my 10-year old cry. Wow. Booo.

Desk arrived DAMAGED. Though this is not necessarily Walmart's fault (no way to prove how it left their warehouse or where the damage occurred), I am still extremely disappointed. The desk is now out of stock and all Walmart can do is say "I'm sorry, ma'am". Wonderful Christmas this is going to be when my daughter has NOTHING to open.
