Real wood desk
Its a very nice and sturdy desk

Poor packaging worse handling by Fedx.
The desk is nice looking. However Fed x damaged it during shipping. The Fedx truck arrived and I asked the driver if he needed help unloading it. He rummaged around the truck and said it was not on the truck. Then Fedx lied and said delivery was delayed as customer was not home. It came the next day and the box was ajar and the desk had severe damage on the corner and a dent in the surface and a ding on the top edge and a hole on the underside. Walmart was decent and offered a 20% discount which wasn't great but I didn't want the hassle of a return so I took the discount.

top part not delivered. awkward assembly
I ordered a desk with hutch. Still waiting for the hutch. Desk was a challenge to assemble legs. Had to resort to removing the bottom panel which nobody ever sees to successfully screw in the legs but it was an awkward process.

I ordered two of these and both came damaged. They don't seem to pack them well enough. Returned x2.
