Picket House Furnishings Kona Brown 5-Piece Counter Height Dining Set-Table & Four Chairs

I want to start by saying I am a single woman….the box was left in my driveway and I could not push the box inside. I unpacked each item from the box. That was the most difficult part about assembling the set. It takes about 10-15 minutes for each chair and another 10 minutes for the table. The end result is a nice table. The only con to the table is that it is not gray and is more brown tone. But, I can't even complain because every other table from wayfair/amazon was almost $500 and to get this table for $262 was a steal

Order came early, that was good. The carton was damaged, which caused the pre-installed studs on the chair legs to rub on the side of the table top. I decided that I will fix the damage, and not return the whole thing. The instructions were there to assemble the table with the legs as well as all the hardware. The instructions to assemble the four chairs were missing but each chair had it's own bag of hardware, and with the parts I figured out how to assemble them, came out nice. I will complain about the packaging, to have those studs protruding among the other parts could have caused a lot more damage.

I like the set in general. BUT! One chair is completely damaged. One leg is shorter that another, one leg is cracked, also sitting part has a crack from inside where it supposed to be attached to the back support. Also one leg

Unfortunately the table top was dented on one corner and scratched on one side. Sending it back and replacing w an undamaged one. Hopeful the return and replace will go as easy as the customer service lady claims it will, or I'll be writing a new review. Besides being damaged I love the item. Will give 5 stars if replacing it goes Well!

Good size, and I love the gray counter table top. However, the packaging was not sufficient to protect the parts/table. My table was chipped on the corner, and had markings/scratches on the top. Some of the chairs had been chipped/scuffed. When you assemble the chair, some of the parts do not fit flush with the other parts so there is a gap. This is not in building the table, it is in the design. We had to drill a hole to make the screws fit (otherwise they would not have held the chair together). The quality seems cheap, but then again the price is not too expensive. Everything should be inspected before they ship it out.

Don't waste your money on this. I bought this to replace a similar set. Much to my chagrin the quality is not the same. The chairs when fully assembled weigh no more than a metal folding chair . The table mighytbe real wood but the chairs are cheao fabricated wood nor dies the table match the chair coverings. The table is that tannisg grey and the chair coverings are super light grey. I am very unhappy with this purchase and wish I had gone with another set for $100 more. I absolutely H8TE this set. I had my last one for 15 yrs and finally decided to replace it. This set is a piece of junk and will be replaced before the yr is out. As a matter of fact I'm posting it on marketplace today. 2 thumbs down

The chair had a chip on the leg

Found broken pieces on the chairs after table and other chairs were assembled. I was told it all has to be sent back because pieces of the chair can't be sent. I've decided to just buy 2 more chairs from another vendor that matches the table and chairs for roughly $200. Highly disappointed!

Poorly handed and packaging was not secure. The table top has two big dings on the edge of the corners, I would send it back if it wasnt a hassle.
