My husband is an avid cyclist and drinks this pickle juice to prevent and relieve muscle cramps. He says it's effective and Walmart has it for a good price.
It works for me my legs be cramping up and I drink this pickle juice give it about 7min. no more cramping. The taste depends on you I don't like pickles, but it might taste good to you.
I use it to refill smaller bottles that I keep bedside, in the car, or in my travel bag. It's cheaper that way and more recyclable than buying the little bottles. Don't forget to follow up with 8 oz water chaser.
My great grandson loves it and that tells me it is good! I tried it and I liked the taste. Not too acidic, salty, or watery. You could easily drink it. Priced right as well.
Love this juice! This is great and you don't have to “get caught” sucking all the juice out of the pickle jar before everyone's finished eating the pickles. I heard pickle juice is good for you, too. So not only do I love the taste but I like the healthy benefits. One thing though, you can't drink it fast! :-)
I get painful muscle cramps without any warning and these are AWFUL. Pickle juice works. i used to buy jars of pickles...drink the juice and threw away the pickles. (I like pickles but thats a bit much for me to eat). Also this pickle juice is tasty enough to chug down.
When I workout, or work outside on a hot day, I easily get light headed. This was something I have not been able to find a solution for. Until this product! I don't know the science of electrolytes, but this work fast and is effective! I like pickles, so I really enjoy the flavor.
Tastes like pickle juice with a lot less sodium, sugar and calories. Just as effective on muscle cramps.
I'm very athletic and hydrate using electrolytes but still get cramps. Pickle juice stops me from cramping
Taste nothing like pickle juice just apple cider vinegar its comes clear. Doesn't give me the same effect as real kosher juice
