New version of what's now a old classic. I had fun with it, but here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Even better version than from years past, so if you haven't purchased a previous version yet, get this one! - Intense to the end because of the fast slapping action to win Cons: - Not as easy to play for younger children because of the coordination needed verse previous years where you were just turning a crank - younger children might knock it over during the action I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

Pie Face showdown was a hit in our family and this next version is no exception. The whip cream literally made this game. The kids actually wants to get "pie face" just so they can eat the whip cream. Couple things that this game can improve upon: 1) would be nice if the stand is adjustable for short players. 2) You really need to hit it hard to launch it. 3) I wish the stand is a bit more stable as it's easy to tip over. Regardless, still a fun game. I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

Pros: The concept of whipped cream in the face seems to be very enticing to kids. My little one loves to play with it even when it's not loaded with cream. We got a few toys at the same time recently, and this one definitely got the most interest. The mechanism works well and it's fun to try to hit the target at different tension settings. Cons: It doesn't fold or disassemble/reassemble quickly for storage. We haven't used it with whipped cream yet because the acquisition of whipped cream and the clean up makes for a higher barrier-to-play (is that a thing?) than there is to play with other toys. Your kids will constantly ask you to buy whipped cream so that they can play this. Note: I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

Kids love it. The plastic panels on the side are impossible to keep on but they don't add anything other than aesthetic anyway really. Definitely a messy game but you know that going into it. Worth it for the smiles and laughs it gets whenever the kids use it.

Kinda flimsy. Handle doesn't always flip enough to get anything on anyone's face. Kids had fun with it.

My kids really liked this for the first couple of times we played, but they lost interest after that. In terms of quality, the structure was intact and nothing broke after getting repeating beaten by a 5-year-old with the mallet, though some of the accessories kept falling down. Kids love our our face game - it's all about the whipped cream. However, this game version is too high. You have to really whack it, may be tough for younger kids. I don't think this is something that would make me want to reinvest in another version of the original game - not exciting enough.

Duplicate to pie in the face game. I could see this game sitting on the shelf after a couple so uses. Not much too it- spin a number and based on what you get that's how many hits you get.
