why didn't I get one of these sooner?! One handed operation, no drill install, fits perfectly over by sink, and has a good weight so just not look cheap or out of place. very satisfied.

Overall, this is a really good paper towel holder. It's well-made and does its job. It's a decent paper towel holder—nothing fancy, but it works. It adds a nice touch to my kitchen decor. Great quality and great value!

This paper towel holder is very fragile, and the towel holder fell off when I was mounting it. I had to go back to Walmart to buy some JB Weld Quik to epoxy it back together. I was trying to tighten the paper towel ratcheting so that the thing wouldn't unwind and drop paper towels into the sink when I tore a towel off… Looks good, works good for now… Not well designed…

The looks are beautiful and it's nice and heavy. But I can't put screws in my wall. It is ridiculous that they gave you an adhesive that is so weak that you can't put it on a painted wall. And it did not say that in the description of the item. They are false advertising because most people have painted walls.

Looks like it could work. One job to do, hold a roll of paper towels. No problem, right? It arrives as two parts with one fitting atop a nut. The first time anyone uses it (pulling a sheet off the thing), it falls apart.

I received this item on July 9. Today it is August 15 and it no longer works. The mechanism that makes it possible to dispense one paper towel sheet at time has completely fallen apart and has proven to be impossible for me to fix. If you're ok with this thing working for a little over a month then by all means buy it. One thing I will give it high marks for is how well it stuck to the bottom of my cabinet. Once stuck I couldn't budge it.

Lasted one week.. Very poor attachment so it was doomed from the start..
