Pihode Smart Sprinkler Controller, 8-Zone Wi-Fi Connectible Smart Irrigation System & App Remote Control, Smart Features Rain Skip, Customized Watering Schedule & Seasonal Adjustment

I've had this controller for a month and really like the features of the program on my iPhone. It's very easy to program your watering. It's really nice to not have to run back to the controller when checking sprinklers etc. It even has a mist mode where it turns the water on for seconds and alternates lines. Works wonderfully cooling down the yard around the pool. They need to check their spelling on some buttons and the manual😁

So many type-o errors unable to set a plan initially or add after wards installed already so I will try it out for a few days but not a good first impression. Having to guess on how to make it work as instructions are not orderly

The item is clearly a return and scratched up on the back. I don't mind returns if they are clearly labeled as refurbished or as a return. I will have to test it out now rather than after my vacation.

that has to be monitored for usage all the time. Not jut because we might be trying to lower our water bill but because we often have to hold back on watering our yards all together. From fines to the city just shutting you off. Our old system was an automatic watering system but that was it. I sill had to go out an manually set everything or shut it off. And the power went out AND the batteries died.. Well you would have to sit there and re program the whole system from scratch. This system makes my life much easier. It is controlled via an app. Yes yes I know "Ohh yea another app on my phone." I get it. But this is worth it to stop a future headache. I can control the whole system from where ever I am. So if I am traveling and there is a water restriction that pops up while I am away, I can just go in to the app and adjust to my needs. So much easier then trying to phone a friend. The over all system is super easy to set up. Just plug and play really. I didn't even have to rewire anything. Just used the old wires from the old system and BAM! done. Over all the main setup took 20 minutes. Then doing all of the app settings took maybe 10 minutes. I can even set what zones I want to water and how long for each. Or if I feel zone 3 needs more water because it was a scorcher that day, I can just turn it on.. and go from there. Life made simple 100% .

easy to install as a replacement controller and easy to use the app
