Pilates Pregnancy Workouts [DVD]

The reason I wanted to do pilates this pregnancy is because of the aches and pains and fatigue that comes with being pregnant and keeping up with 2 toddlers. I wanted something that focused on stretching my sore and tired muscles and to do just enought stengthening to help especially my back hold up better under all the strain of my day. I love this dvd for a few reasons. One is that I get so much pain relief just from the 10 minute warm up that sometimes its the first thing I do after waking up sore and I always feel better. I also love that the rest of the sections that I do later when I have time are relaxing. I actually look foward to it and feel rested when im done anf not exhausted. I didnt think I was doing much toning because it was so easy and I didnt feel strained but it had totally changed my body and I look and feel better than before the pregnancy. The last thing I love is the setting. Its filmed on a beautiful beach right by the water and you can hear the waves and also have the option to turn the instucters voice off and just hear the ocean. Its a nice 10minute breather when im stressed out and usually end up doing the whole work out. I would reccomend this dvd to anyone who is sore, tired, stressed, busy, and wants something that can make them feel great in the little time they have.

This was gifted to me while I was quite pregnant as I had complained to friends and family about the relentless lower back pain I'd been experiencing. The Hawaiian scenery and the stretches are lovely but Eva's voice, my god: nasal and irritating beyond belief, I had to put the tv on mute just to get through it.
