Not very often do I think something is underpriced, but I think this set of Pilates accessories is under priced. Look at all of this that's included!! My favorites so far are the resistance bands. These are easy to use. There are detailed instructions. You can use these bands while watching tv. The ring is new to me. I haven't ever used one, but again, the detailed instructions were easy to follow. Everything fits in the included bag, and you can tuck it away until ready to use. The color scheme is cute. I totally recommend. You're never too old to learn new stretches and exercises.

this is a comprehensive set. I don't do Pilates however I am doing physical therapy and this set gives me everything that I need to continue my therapy successfully from home. the bands are the perfect size and perfect blend of resistance. the straps fit my ankles and my wrists. everything included in this set is a top quality item with the exception of the resistance piece that is meant to strap onto the ankle straps, they are entirely too short serving virtually no purpose at all.

This is a complete set for doing Pilates wherever you want. Everything looks useful and decent quality. considering the price, I think it's a good deal. I liked the size of the ball, as it is versatile, and I really appreciated that the kit includes resistance bands with diferent tension levels to wear around the ankles—this allows me to train my glutes without having to go to the gym.
