Awesome for knee after knee replacement surgery
Recent knee replacement surgery. Could not get comfortable to sleep. This pillow allowed me to do that. Supported the knee in a way a normal pillow cannot.

Great pillow
It's really comfortable, can be used both by side sleepers and back sleepers. If you are a side sleeper all through the night, even better. It's comfortable for your knees.

Awkward
I really wanted to like this product. It's very awkward to use. You have to keep your leg straight or bent. Nothing in between. However, It is very well made.

Zero Support
Zero support, which defeats the purpose. It flattens out like a pancake is mere seconds, so it does NOT provide any support for the knees or for the hips. Too bad as the pillow cover is soft and appears to be of a good quality. But the insert, which is the product I purchased is worthless.

Pregnant woman here with hip pain, it didn't work for me. pillow is bulky and think, not enough support for a side sleeper
