I'm a baker by trade, and most commercial bakeries now they use Pillsbury. when baking a white cake mix always separate the yolk from the White and use the White. keep the yolk you can put it in a baggie and have it for breakfast. you always want to bounce your cake pan to get the air bubbles out. when you use just the weights the cake bakes faster always keep an eye on your cake because it doesn't take long to bake a white cake compared to other cakes. Pillsbury is one of the best cake mixes out there. my grandkids absolutely love this cake. one pick the cake mix, one pick the icing and one picked the sprinkles I was in another state for my husband's birthday I usually make him a cake, I made icing the works, but I wasn't with him this year for his birthday so we did this and videoed him and the grandkids blew the candle out for him.

Everyone needs Fun Fetti
Delicious, fun, consistent, and cheap! I love making fun fetti mini muffins for snacks or a full size cake for a birthday. Fun Fetti cake mix is a super easy way to learn to bake a cake. It has easy step by step instructions and it's super fast to prep.

Of course, I make my delicious cakes with these Cupcakes because kids love Cupcakes, but I make a lot of box cake cookies, my family loves my box cake cookies. They're only like a 1/2 a cup of butter ink, one egg, Google, and it shows you how to make it. The chewie gooey, delicious cookies.I love the making cookies with cake.Mix way better than cookie mix

Nice for cupcakes
I love how decorative these are and so adorable for mini cupcakes for my kids. It tastes good and fluffy. Thankfully it's not dry like other cupcake mixes.

Used the cake mix with directions for cupcakes. The birthday boy and party guest were thrilled with the tease and the moisture. Will be purchasing again in the future.

Kids love this one
Disappointed it's not organic Making cookies instead of instructions on box. Big mixer add all at once. Cake mix. 3 egg whites. Scant 1/2 cup oil. 1/3 cup flour 1/2 teas almond extract. 1 teas. Baking powder. 1/2 teas baking soda. Convection oven 275 degrees. Scoop to parchment covered cookie sheet Check at 6. Minutes. Cookies should be risen and slightly golden makes. 20 to 24 cookies
