Great Cake Mix
I've made this cake mix quite a few times. Everyone always loves it! Always moist and has a great taste and texture.

I think the expiration date is wrong.
It's three months until it reaches the expiration date. It smells funny. I'm not sure if it our filtered Florida water or if my oil was too old, the cake doesn't smell inviting to eat. The batter tasted fine. Also, it didn't look like there was enough batter for my 13in baking pan and the middle rose higher than the ends instead of being flat. It would be nice if the box had suggestions to prevent this from happening. My box was the holiday one showing green icing and candied Christmas trees and fetti with green and red dots in a white cake.

this product was over 16oz not down to 15.25 so it does not make as much as the packages says.
