Ink flow and consistency made my writing very fluid. I don't have to scribble on scratch paper; the pens are ready when I am. The grip is pretty standard but comfortable. My six year old held it perfectly well and wrote in his daily journal with ease. I like that it comes in a variety of colors. It makes writing and drawing a little more fun for my little ones.
