Since I have to hand-wright a lot of documentation in a log, my hand started to ache. This pen really helps you grip the pen lighter so as not to get cramps in my hand. I love it and I've already recommended it to my coworkers
I bought this pen, and it's expensive, just to try. I think I saw it reviewed somewhere or other as a really good pen. I'm a teacher, so, I use pens a lot. I like the ones that make writing easy. This one does that. The pen rolls really well. It was comfortable, and it allows you to write very smoothly. I like the grip on it, very ergonomic. I'd recommend trying one to see if it's your style, and then buy it again if you like it. It is a little more expensive, but it shows in it's functionality. One of the better pens I've purchased. I don't have a picture, but it is very much what they show in the pictures on walmart.com. You may want to shop around to see if you can get it cheaper. I think it was $10. That's a lot for a pen.
I love Dr. Grip pens. They are cute and stylish, but best of all, they are comfortable while using and are smooth writers. I can write for a long time with this pen if needed, without my hand or wrist hurting. That's because it easily glides across the paper as fast or slow as you want it to, without you having to exert extra force and energy to press hard onto the paper. I have purchased two more Dr. Grips in different colors since my first purchase. I've had the first one a few years now and it still looks good and is writing fine. I've only had to replace the ink tube once.
I like the way this pen writes. Why? I tend to press to hard usind a typical ink pen, so this pilot pen saves my hand as I have minor arthritis in my writing hand. There are times when the ink doesn't flow that well, usually caused by writing paper that is either slick, or coated with something. But thats not very often so I highly recommend the Pilot pens in general, as I own other Pilot pens as well.
I have a condition called Ataxia which makes my fine motor skills, like writing, very difficult - but, this pen is very easy for me to use!
I have been using this type of pen (The Dr. Grip) for 25 years. I was having some issues with carpal tunnel and went to a hand PT, who was using them and highly recommended them.
This pen is such a great buy! It writes really smooth, doesn't smear and is comfortable on your hand when you are writing. The style and feel of it was well thought out and looks like a high end pay at a great price. Highly recommend!
Nicely weighted and writes smoothly. Glad there are refills because the pen itself is a bit pricey but worth it.
I really like the pen even though it looks a bit different then the pictured item. The description was spot on
People who borrow my pen to write or sign documents love the smoothness and comfortable grip these Dr. Grip, Pilot pens. I usually end up giving one of my pens as a gift because they love them so much. Never had the experience of such a good pen. I tell, they are not cheap but well worth the price. Whenever I can I get more than one. They do come in different color inks in fine, medium %26 ball point styles. Every time, I give one they extremely enjoy it. They use it everywhere and brag about them. I truly enjoy them and sharing them with others. Keep up the good work, they enjoy the comfort, the way of the grip. The smoothe writing, the way it flows. I too enjoy those same things. Thank you. Sincerely, Milagros
