Pilot has been around for years
I have poor eyesight, so this 1.0 bold point works great for me. This is all I use to write with. I will admit, I haven't tried the refills yet. I'm glad there are refills. The one thing I don't like is that some pens put out too much ink while writing. Then they leave blotches. It's not a deal breaker for me. Maybe I cause this problem while I'm writing. I don't know. I couldn't wait to receive my pens after I ordered them. I found out that I was totally out of these Pilot Pens with no refills. You can bet I will not let that happen again. I love Pilot Pens. I have purchased other pens from Pilot that I love also. I will stick with Pilot. You should too.

I love these gel pens...the points on them are just the right width for my handwriting also...they don't leave big blotches of ink like some do.
