There are two widths, 0.7mm (fine) and 1.0mm (medium). This package is 0.7 mm. Package size, 20. I have a heavy hand, so the fine are my choice. Writes smoothly because it's gel ink. Nice even line, easy to see. I do a lot of crafting and making things for others. I can draw a drafting type drawing with these with minimal blotting or smear. Rulers and angles, straight edges, may have to be wiped after. I like a large pack so I can use, lose, and use up pens without having to worry about getting another one. This large pack is very cost effective as well. The body of the pen is fairly transparent and you can see how much ink is left. One of these pens can survive living in a purse. Unless damaged, I have never seen one of these leak. I have nerve damage in both hands, and age is checking in. I'm not using ergonomic grip type writing instruments or crochet hooks yet. These pens are good to grip and guide where you want it to go. Pilot has made good pens for decades. These join their family of good quality affordable pens and writing instruments. I do recommend and continue to be a loyal user of Pilot products.
I am loving my pens my pink purple and blue all three sets I bought. They write so smoothly and never bleed through the paper, the colors are nice and vibrant. Comfortable to write, comfortable to hold, the barrel aint to thick or thin. I recommend them 100%
Not much more to say then these are my favorite pens in the house. they make doing tasks like list making and check writing ALMOST (and I mean almost... they aren't magic or anything) enjoyable. They don't bleed or smear and they write very dark and smooth with little effort.
This is the only size pen I'd rather write with. It doesn't bleed on your paper, it flow nicely across the paper. It's for ambidextrous writers that want the feel of writing calligraphy. I'd definitely recommend these pens as well as continue to purchase, as I've realized these size pens are hard to find. 0.38 pilot G-2.
These are my favorite pens to write with. The ink is dark and writes smoothly. There have been no drips or leakages The pen shows when ink is being used up and might run out soon. The only complaint is that I wish it had a faster drying time to prevent smudging with my hand until it dries.
These are the very best pens . . . I even pay extra when ordering them . . . sellers have figured out that people love them so you can mainly only get them from re-sellers now . . . and I still buy them - because they're my absolute favorite. They're beautiful . . . black ink but the pen colors are gorgeous. Great grip, smooth writing that doesn't smudge like gel pens.
As a learner of the Japanese language, I sometimes have difficulty finding pens with a fine enough tip to write kana cleanly. These handle the small strokes really well with smooth and consistent ink flow. It's the same great G2 quality I've always loved, and now precise enough for my Japanese handwriting.
Never met a Pilot G-2 I didn't love! These were for my son, who favors the BOLD, which have been harder to come by in the stores. His artistic side is duely (doodle- ly?), satisfied when he has one of these in hand, whether for work or pleasure. I hope these are never out of stock and are manufactured as long as humans have hands.
This is a good writing pen however it runs out of ink quicker than most. The price has gone up but the ink simply doesn't last if you write a lot. I buy these pens because I haven't found another company to replace these with. I like the color they're bold and smooth. I'm not telling people not to buy because obviously I buy them. I write a lot the pen runs out of ink quicker than most my personal opinion.
I always buy Bold - 1m pens and the Pilot G2's are still one of the best pens for the darkest ink and their smoothness. Only complaints is the "gel" empties fast !!! and sometimes they'll smear. And of course they are a bit too pricey but all pens are TOO expensive these days !!
