Great communication from the seller from the time of purchase. Good instructions. My daughter is picky, but she loved this. I like the way it is constructed for easy breakdown for moving since I am an older lady looking to buy a forever home.

It is absolutely beautiful

We moved into a smaller place with no storage and needed our furniture to become more useful. This couch is amazing, very comfortable and fits so much of our bedding and my sewing and crocheting supplies!! It is perfect for what we need.

The pillows are somewhat thin, and as you recline backwards, you can feel the metal bars against your back, making it not the most comfy couch. If you're on a tight budget and have recently moved, as I am, this is a good temporary couch. However, kindly save money in the meanwhile for a higher-quality couch.

For the price it is offered at, this couch is a little bit undersized. It is perfectly sized for the area in our apartment, but as you sit down, it becomes incredibly little. When we first got it out of the package (which had been vacuum sealed), it was compressed and appeared to be a worn sofa. Overall though, it's a decent couch for a little place. but I anticipate us getting a new couch shortly.

The dark gray color I chose is rather attractive, and my two little children thought it was quite comfortable to sit on and to play on. It was also more easier to install than I had anticipated, suitable for fitting in our small living room, and didn't take up a lot of space.

Although I initially received the wrong couch, the store's customer service was helpful and quick to respond. They quickly send the right stuff. Although the instructions can be confusing, we eventually put it together, and it looks great and strong.

I've had all kinds of troubles in purchasing this section, both from Walmart and the 3rd. party seller. I just keep hearing 48 hours and you'll get your money back. It's been one month.

This has been the worse shopping experience at Walmart plus. I was it expecting to have to assemble a heavy couch that was not listed as needed to be assemble. I have been going back and forth to return this item and third party is not accepting returns they expect me to lose my money and have 3 big boxes with a poor quality sofa I cannot even Lyft the box without expecting to get injured. I am expecting that Walmart does the right thing as trusted brand and one full refund me and have those boxes pick up asap
