I love this couch so much! It's exactly what I needed for a second guest bedroom. It folds out to a complete full size bed and looks fantastic in my little family room. The other ones I discovered were all too short for a person of average size to rest on without curling.

My new couch has a pretty nice feel about it. Even with the couch's cushions still in place, it is sturdy and big enough for me to lay down without discomfort. I am 5'5', so when my head was at the top end of the couch, there was room below my feet. I was able to sleep well and swiftly.

A true price-performance product.

Even though it has been put together and I am happy with the outcome, it took two of us over three hours! The instructions were simple to follow, however we had to improvise or redrill holes in order to get the hardware that connected the component parts to fit.

Didn't receive all pieces together %26 still missing hardware to put the couch together. The couch is firm but pillows are flat.

Delivery problem they left my set I lobby I have to pay to again to bring to my apartment.

When I first got this sofa sleeper, I had problems attaching the chaise and one of the couch's arms. My sons found that the latches on the store's doors were broken. They were positioned correctly, and everything went according to plan. When the vendor was contacted in the interim, the first response was 'no refund.'

This was supposed to be furniture for normal sized humans... what it actually is is garbage for, idk, gnomes? My 6ft tall husband is stand8ng behind the couch in the picture
