I like that they are vegan, non-GMO, and gluten free. Definitely take these with food! I made the mistake of not doing so the first time, and I was not feeling well for a few hours (extremely nauseous). I'm hopeful that these supplements will continue to help me throughout my breastfeeding journey. Although the price is steep, I would highly recommend it, especially for those struggling with milk production.

I'd heard about Fenugreek, and I truly feel like it's helped with production already, but it's imperative to stay hydrated too. I'll definitely keep using these as long as it continues doing its job.

There are 60 capsules which serves for a month. They are for nursing support but not for use during pregnancy. ingredients are simple, organic, and clean. looking forward to see some change soon!

These definitely do help with helping lactate more, but I wouldn't rely on them

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I've been taking these pills for over a month now, and I honestly don't see that much of a difference in my milk. For a while I was using tea to help, but was told to try pills, as it's more concentrated and direct. Maybe it would be more helpful for people who just need a little extra support, but for me who has a very hard time producing, unfortunately it wasn't that helpful.

This supplement made my supply drop like crazy. I had high hopes for it as I love this company and several products of theirs but this one didn't make the cut for me.

I did not pay attention that these contained fenugreek. Not sure why that is still in supplements. But these made my supply worse not better and I stopped taking them as soon as I realized they had Fenugreek.
