This was life changing! For the first time in years, I'm getting amazing quality sleep. I'm no longer waking up and immediately getting exhausted. My night time cravings are gone. I have just started my second bottle, I highly recommend trying this!
I have been taking this Magnesium supplement for 3 months now. I am telling you- this will never come off of my subscription! When aunt flo shows up, I was miserable. Cramps were so bad that I was on the couch at least 3 days. I would take Midol, Pamprin, IBprofen, Tylenol, heat packs, essential oils, you name it, I have tried it for cramping. I didn't take these with any intention of solving my cramping issues, but I have always had issues with my muscles and bones being sore on the daily from arthritis, thought these would be worth a try. I never even felt aunt flo arrive in the past 2 months (don't worry, she was right on schedule but didn't put me on the couch)! I am 32 years old with 2 kids and I have arthritis- I have never felt so much comfort, my muscles and bones don't hurt anymore, menstrual cycle cramps are completely non existent. 20 years of pain (besides the months I was pregnant) and I can't brag enough about this product. I pair this with the multivitamin and prebiotic. Thank you Pink Stork for such amazing products!
I was getting the worst first trimester headaches and my doctor recommended adding a magnesium supplement. Easy enough, right? So I head to CVS and then am immediately overwhelmed by the 5000 options. I said - it's fine - let's google it! Rooke mistake. Of course, google gave me a ton of mixed information on what type of magnesium is best for pregnant women, or if pregnant women should even take it. I left CVS empty handed and committed to more thorough research, which is when I found Pink Stork. I've been SO relieved to use this brand that I know is safe, and where their supplements can also be combined. I now take the magnesium and their total prenatal and am happy with both. The headaches still come at times but are definitely better.
I take magnesium at night. It helps me relax and sleep better. I love The Pink Stork Magnesium Gummies. They taste great and they use good quality ingredients.
Should have done better research on this product before buying. It's great to help you use the restroom but magnesium hydroxide should only be taken for short periods of time therefore not a magnesium form fit for me during this pregnancy.
