No Flow, it's absolutely one of the best products. This is my second time using it. They have no taste, they work very well. Within days I noticed a change in my milk, by the end of the week I had little to no milk. I was supplying about a gallon a day to nothing in a week. This with cabbage ended my journey. I highly recommend if you are trying to dry up to purchase these.

My husband and I lost our daughter at 20 weeks, I never thought my milk would still come in, until 3 days after when I woke up in pain. I went a full week trying to do the usual stuff, ice packs, cabbage leaves, constantly wearing a bra etc. I finally ordered these and within 3 days of taking them, it completely dried up. These were a life saver and played a big part in my postpartum journey!

I don't normally take supplements, but after mastitis twice and trying desperately to wean I was willing to try anything. Started these supplements on a Wednesday, by Saturday I was hand expressing (not even pumping) for comfort and by the following Tuesday my breasts felt soft and normal again. Truly a miracle product.
