Pink Stork PMS Support Capsules, Magnesium, B Vitamins, Herbs for Period and Mood, 60 Count

I really like it. I started taking it a month ago, and I feel like my hormones have settled quite a bit. I don't feel like I'm having major mood swings.

Easy to take. I feel like it's helped ease my PMS symptoms.

This is my second bottle, initially bought after CVS discontinued their store brand pms hormonal support, and I can say this is 100% better. I've had pmdd for a couple years, I still have occasional very severe cramps on my period, but I have noticed drastic differences in my mood. I used to get severe suicidal episodes the couple days leading up to my period, and within a month of taking the supplement I noticed a balancing of my mood throughout my cycle. I've noticed an increase in regulation with might cycle as well. It doesn't take all of my symptoms away, but it is the closest to neutral my pms/hormonal symptoms have been in a long time. Overall this product has provided me a lot of relief.

Cramp saver in a bottle! I have taken these on and off for the past 4 years. I have seriously enjoyed the benefits of them when I can get them! They significantly reduce my cramps and hot flashes I get on my period. I really enjoy these and have been my personal cult favorite from Pink Stork.

I LOVE this stuff. Lets just say that my cycle is pretty horrendous. Headaches, breast tenderness, major cramping and man, my mood is usually awful. I notoced huge changes after taking. I take it everyday because I noticed that it even helps my mood when I am not on my cycle. My fiance has noticed huge changes as well. My mood has stabilized, the breast tenderness is gone (completely), fewer headaches and the cramping is much less. I have recommended this to all of my friends and family. I know my sister has benefitted greatly as well. Try this stuff. It worked amazingly for me!

My daughter has Endometriosis and she started the PMS about a month ago. Wow!! They have helped her so much!! I am so grateful to this company. I am so happy someone has something that can help her. These supplements were a life saver for me! I had been through a very stressful time and over time I started feeling like I couldn't control my thoughts or emotions. I love the Pms supplements from Pink Stork! I stumbled across these after a lot of research on different pms supplements. These really reduce my pms symptoms and make that time of the month more enjoyable! (And I feel less like a psycho lol). I highly recommend.

I hate to give it a 3 but this product made me feel super weird. I also take the PinkStork Total Postnatal + DHA and LOVE it for PMS symptoms so far! But, the Ashwanga (spelling?) in this product (I think from quick research) is a stimulant and I started to feel REALLY panicky when I took it after drinking coffee. Maybe, if you don't drink coffee you'll be ok?! I hope it works for others! I canceled this one on my auto-ship because I'M NOT giving up coffee. :)
