i feel much better. I'm not pregnant at my age never will be but I take these because they've got the extra vitamins and minerals that I need to go through every day.

All the things I need in one easy to take pill!
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Upon opening the package wonderful citrus aroma filled the air. There's no unpleasant taste and it's easy to swallow. This product contains all the things I've been lacking or low on since the birth of my now one year old!

Great vitamin
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I loved this product . They weren't ginormous pills and were easy to swallow. The price was very fair for the amount of vitamins in the bottle and I felt like the company has a great reputation so I trust the ingredients are high quality.

Wonderful
Seem to work great! I take one of these and the mood support a day so I don't get an overload of B12. They have a moisture thing in the bottle that makes them kinda taste like lemongrass which some might like and some might not. I don't mind it.

Decreased milk supply
I was very excited to try these postnatal's as I had been looking around for quite a bit. I started these about a month after having my baby expecting them to give my milk a boost nutritionally, but it however took a scarier turn- because what's scarier to a new mom then worrying if your babies eating enough? A few days after starting them I noticed I had less milk, at first I thought it was just me- you know maybe I wasn't eating enough or drinking enough water… but by the weeks end I was producing so little I thought I may have to start supplementing with formula. The only thing I was doing different was taking these; so I stopped. Within two days my supply was already increasing. So my advice to new moms- BE CAREFUL. It may not affect you the same way but it could, so be cautious.
