I love taking these supplements. I have been bruising lately so figured that I need to take in more Iron. After taking these supplements I have noticed less bruising. They taste good too which is a plus because I do not dread taking them but instead I look forward to it.

Just received it today. Praying that it works along with the prenatal gummies and fertility gummies. Taste weird but will get used to it Happy with the order. Will update.

I like the vitamins this is my 4 bottle for iron
It doesn't upset my stomach. I have a very sensitive stomach. I got 4 bottle for low iron. My labs are still ok. I wanted to support woman owned business. The only thing is it Stain my teeth all black. I just got another vitamin bottle I just don't want my teeth to stain. Anyone had that problem.

Doc told me to take some extra iron because my legs were feeling very tired and heavy. Took one gummie and started to notice my legs weren't as heavy anymore within 2 days. Very effective, however the taste is a little unpleasant. I try to eat them quickly to avoid the bad after taste. Otherwise, excellent efficacy.
