I loved these vitamins. They are easy to take as they are gummy. I actually like the taste in spite they have a lot of nutritional benefits. I didn't notice any bitterness at all. I'd definitely recommend these. They include multiple vitamins in one gummy.

I take these and the postnatal gummies from this brand and they've helped my milk quality tremendously! I had so much foremilk before I started taking these and drinking bloom. I also love the texture of these. They have like thin sugar pieces in them. Not hard ones but like flakey sugar pieces I guess would be the best way to describe it. I've had three bottles so I guess you could say I'm definitely a fan!

According to the packaging, these gummies are designed for prenatal, postnatal and nursing women, to improve digestion and the immune system for mother and baby, to support breastfeeding, and to promote vaginal health. They are listed as gluten free, dairy free, and soy free. There are at least 2 flavors (and colors) of gummies in the package, and they taste pretty good, slightly sweet. However, they are not very chewy like typical vitamin gummies; they are much softer. The recommended dosage is 2 per day. I am surprised that only 30 gummies come in a package because it means you would have to buy 2 packages to get enough for a full month, unless you chose to use less than the recommended dose. It is possible that the gummies come in various additional container sizes. The packaging is in fun pink, purple and yellow colors. Pink Stork is a women-run company focused on natural products.

I have only had these a week, so I can't tell the long term effectiveness of these. I have taken probiotics for some time now and I discontinued my normal ones to give these a try. I can't say that I can tell a difference. Which isn't a bad thing really. It means they have worked about the same. This particular strain is good for IBS symptoms, constipation and diarrhea, as well as some other things. These have seemed to keep me regular just like the others. The taste is good, the gummy dissolves quite well and leaves no aftertaste. I would like to see a full month supply offered instead of 15 days but they may offer those, I just haven't looked. I like to try different products to see if they just help in pregnancy. These seem to help in the same way as the teas that help with nursing so if you aren't a fan of teas the gummie would be great change. Taste is typical of a gummie vitamin nothing out of the ordinary. I noticed my milk was still coming in enough to keep feeding my baby a little longer than I thought I would.

These vitamins taste very good, they actually taste like candy! I loved to take these along with my regular prenatal vitamin because I know that this vitamin adds extra protection for my immune system. I just wish that it included more in the container! It states 30 quantity but you need to take the required two vitamins a day which would only be 15 days worth of vitamins so you can run out fairly quickly.
