I've used this to regulate my period multiple different times after pregnancy or to get my ovulation straightened out before a pregnancy. It can reduce prolactin, so keep that in mind if you're nursing. Pink Stork has awesome customer service!

I love these. As soon as I started taking these, I could tell the difference. My periods are regular and I haven't had any spotting in between periods (sorry about tmi, but I like to be transparent to help others). I highly recommend these vitamins if you have PCOS orv want to regulate your menstrual cycles.

My two favorite products for naturally managing PCOS symptoms - Myo-Chiro Inositol and Vitex or Fertility Support. I tried multiple forms of BC pills, and finally stopped after my 5th cyst rupture in 2018. Within a year of starting these, my cystic acne had faded, cycles became more regular, and PMS symptoms ceased. I stopped these after our positive pregnancy test with our second, and had a cyst rupture this past week. Excited to restart these products!

This brand has been good for me, hope to come back and say that I can tell a difference in my hormones or that I am pregnant, but I'm grateful for the product being easy to swallow and the taste not being too powerful.
