Pink Vanlentine's Day Heart Cake

this was the best birthday cake that i have ever eaten in my life and maybe im exaggerating but it was so beautiful and so yummy ! even my friends agreed and they were very surprised to hear where i ordered from and the price! so thank you !! will ne ordering future ones soon :)

I am beyond satisfied with this cake! My teenage daughter requested a very specific heart shaped cake she saw on tik tok. I was able to custom order this one with all white icing and it was beautifully done and allowed me to add my other custom ordered toppers. There was a ton of icing which I don't mind and the cake was moist and delicious and everyone at the party were pleasantly surprised by the quality of cake. I absolutely will be getting cakes from here in the future. They made my daughter's perfect birthday cake possible without costing me a ridiculous amount of money.

Walmart bakery did an exceptional work of art. I asked for it in Purple buttercream for my daughters 16th birthday and it was gorgeous suitable for a princess. everyone loved it. The white / yellow was moist soft and just right to compliment the frosting. paired well with the chocolate ice cream n vanilla.

The cake was great! but this Walmart didn't have chocolate available. So I had to get a marble cake which is not a choice I would have ever chosen. That's all they had available. It still tastes good. but chocolate or even just white cake would have worked better. Hopefully in the future they have all flavors available. Very disappointed!

I liked that the decoration on my cake was done just as pictured. I didn't like the texture of the cake, the butter cream was melting when we lit the candle 🕯️. It was pretty much melting the entire cake, cake was going sideways :(. But as far as the price it's not too bad.

Cake looked as pictured but I had called and discussed color change and listed in comments as instructed - but they didn't change. They need have better selection when ordering to customize these heart cakes. Seen them all over ticktock where this can be done and was told over the phone they could do it. I even tried calling back after placing the order to make sure prior to pickup that all was good and I called 8 times and never could get anyone in the bakery to pick up the line. When I arrived because the app never updated it was ready I observed 3 ladies chatting and only one working - and nobody ever asked if I needed any help. I finally had to state I had two orders for pickup. It all ended up being okay we made it work just wasn't what my granddaughter had asked for on her Birthday and so I had to explain to her what happened. The cake still tasted great and after I added the topper and ribbons it all worked. Was just little disappointed and customer service could have been better.

the cake was all the way wrong was not on the right container I've seen heart cake shapes from Walmart and the one I received looks nothing like that they are on a round shape board and a square box in this cake was overly good bigger than I expected the icing on the cake was horrible the cake didn't even make it home it was already falling apart so by the time I got home with it and looked at it it was all fall apart but I just have to make the best of my birthday with the cake looking like a hot mess had no time to order another cake this made me very sad I don't think I will ever order another cake from Walmart last year I ordered cake from Walmart around cake with butterflies and everything came out very very beautiful I thought that I was going to have the same experience this time which I didn't

I would rather have had a birthday stencil because the handwriting was as if I did it my self. Which was not the worst first the cake tasted chalky I'm not sure what went wrong because I always get a Walmart cake. Worst of all the entire cake leaned forward its was uneven that's not even the fake rhinestone lid evenly. I mean it is my fault I planned n outta town party for my daughters 21st and didn't look at that Walmart reviews. No one more than a bite say g they were full but when I tried it i understood why.

I was very disappointed to get home to see that my child's cake was crack. I partially blame myself for not checking the cake before I left the bakery department. But I was standing there for quite some time before I just ask an employee who was stocking was there someone who can help me.

The pink icing is very nasty and once I got home with the cake all of the icing on the backside had all fallin down in the box. I'm very disappointed in this cake to be my birthday cake! Looks like the icing was not put on this cake very well at all. 😠
