Pink Vanlentine's Day Heart Cake

this was the best birthday cake that i have ever eaten in my life and maybe im exaggerating but it was so beautiful and so yummy ! even my friends agreed and they were very surprised to hear where i ordered from and the price! so thank you !! will ne ordering future ones soon :)

I liked that the decoration on my cake was done just as pictured. I didn't like the texture of the cake, the butter cream was melting when we lit the candle 🕯️. It was pretty much melting the entire cake, cake was going sideways :(. But as far as the price it's not too bad.

Beautiful cake and my daughter was so excited. The cake came out of the fridge at the store at 12 and I was serving at 5 so I left it on my counter in my air conditioned house and it melted. So just beware to keep it cold until you serve. We bought another cake for pictures and served this one to guest.

It's very pretty , but not exactly like the picture and that's okay I understand . Sharing my experience in case it can help others Icing decor on top is different - icing on the sides are different - and the bottom doesn't have the little pearls I'll post a picture of what I was expecting vs what I got .

Presentation presentation presentation!! At first glance, cake looked stunning, however the whipped frosting had crumbs mixed in and the writing was done sloppy! Furthermore, the cake got damaged during transport due to the flimsy box it was placed in! Also, by the time we got to cut the cake, the whipped frosting was melting/sliding off the cake!! Taste however was good thats why i gave it a two star

When I purchased this cake in line it allowed me to customize this cake. I asked for white icing /top and bottom/ no filling ... when I got there to get my cake it was all pink nothing was like I had it at all . But I had to take the cake as is.the event was that day..... I have my document that shows what was requested ... so I had to go and buy a plain white cake to take to the event

Ordered a heart shaped cake for my sister's bridal shower, and we were left with no cake!! It started falling apart the moment I got home, not to mention the words on the cake. I asked for Bride Era and you can see on the picture how bad it came out, it looks like a 10 year old wrote it. To make things worst I must of called the store like 100 times and I was not able to get a hold of one single living person. Will definitely not be ordering again.

I would rather have had a birthday stencil because the handwriting was as if I did it my self. Which was not the worst first the cake tasted chalky I'm not sure what went wrong because I always get a Walmart cake. Worst of all the entire cake leaned forward its was uneven that's not even the fake rhinestone lid evenly. I mean it is my fault I planned n outta town party for my daughters 21st and didn't look at that Walmart reviews. No one more than a bite say g they were full but when I tried it i understood why.

None of the decorations that are pictured were on the cake. The piping looked lazy and bland. I called and asked JUST to change the colors since there was no way to modify it online and what I got was nothing like the picture. To make it worse they put a '?' at the end of 'happy birthday _____'. The flavor and cake texture were okay but appearance wise it was VERY disappointing.

I was very disappointed to get home to see that my child's cake was crack. I partially blame myself for not checking the cake before I left the bakery department. But I was standing there for quite some time before I just ask an employee who was stocking was there someone who can help me.
