Definitely use the piece of "Cheese" to remove the tops. I made that mistake on one of them. They work great and awesome for sticking in my purse or travel bag!

How can you sell glass roller ball bottles made of plastic knowing the balls do not roll. These are defective at best, but fraudulent. Not a single one is usable. And they are cheap plastic, not glass. Shame on you.
Rip off. The roller ball does not roll. The package came with no instructions. Had to figure out how to put it together on my own, but the roller ball does not move. Don't waste your money.
