A true gem!! The velvet olive ottoman color is beautiful. Makes my entryway look pretty. Easy to assemble. It took me less than 30 minutes to put it together. The instructions were easy to follow. It's sturdy thus far. Wish the width was a little bit wider. And yes, it has a removable lid. Also, I missed reading few reviews about the bad odor prior to the purchase. But, to my surprise this piece had no bad odors at all. Loved it!!!

Very happy with this purchase. Pleased with the product and very easy assembly. No tools needed as everything you need to put it together is included.

Looks just like the photos! The inside storage isn't as big as I had hoped but can still fit a decent amount. I use it as a seat under my vanity and so far it feels sturdy and haven't had any issues. Assembly was easy and to the point, a little tricky with one person but not impossible. It did have a bit of a smell right out of the box but after some Febreze and sitting out, the smell went away. I do wish it was a little taller but it's still comfortable to sit on and doesn't feel too low to the ground. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase especially the price.

The color is nice. This bench was not the easiest thing to put together by myself. The seams don't really line up on the top of the end parts. The metal end caps didnt screw on great and they fall off sometimes. The top comes completely off. There aren't any hinges to hold the top open like most storage benches have. It's fine for what I paid for it but it is cheaply made.

The pieces are awkward %26 heavy. Would suggest 2 person assembly. Forget the “directions” use common sense for assembly. Storage is ample %26 the bench is strong enough for a couple of average adults to sit on. Once assembled it looks exactly as pictured. OK for the price.

It's cute and all, but they literally burned holes and melted the material to shove the screws through, but they forgot to do one entire side of the panel, so I had to get out scissors and snip little holes to get the screws through and you definitely don't want to use this as a toy box for grandchildrenor little ones because the little end pieces just unscrew and they are a choking hazard.

this item looks beautiful and oversized. it is not big enough to fit a queen sized comforter even though it's supposed to be a king size. it feels very cheap and the screw holes on the fabric are BURNT plastic. i would not recommend this. even for a discount. it is pretty from afar but feeling it or even sitting on it are a no.

Everything about this bench was great except it came with a bad odor, that we thought was from shipping-sort of a chemical smell as some brand new items can have. It never went away but got worse. Anything we stored in the bench developed the odor. We tried airing it out outside, spraying with various odor killing sprays, scrubbing it with soap and water-nothing worked. We ended up throwing it away.
