I don't recommend this unit. I would return it if I wasn't already past the return window. I get daily lockups/freezes where no buttons work. I also have an issue with the screen goes black for long periods of time. Carplay connection will drop and reconnect at random times. Literally everyday on my commute I have to pull over, turn off my truck, open a door (Chevy keeps power to the radio for 10 minutes after shutoff) to get the unit to reboot so I can use it. Also be sure to look at screen shots. If you use the Radio function you'll find the screen is mostly dead space with an area for album art. If you stations don't broadcast album art or song data you'll just get a large music symbol. If you set Radio presets you can't edit the preset names and most of the time you'll only see a number listed 1-6. You can expand this to show call signs/station numbers but it won't remember next time you get away from that screen. It's also really annoying that it takes 2 buttons, 1 physical button and 1 touchscreen button to switch between the radio interface and CarPlay. The whole UI of this thing is terrible. Pioneer has no firmware listed on their site for it either. My old JVC Nav I was replacing (screen died after 12 years) worked a lot better.
