Heated and dissatisfied
Absolutely horrible experience you guys sent me a DJ board that didn't work with my software that was supposed to now I have to pay a firm $400 in interest for a board that I had to send back. I will never use your services again as this was an absolute nightmare

Not comparable with Virtual DJ
I purchased this $1700.00 Controller thinking I got the best one available. Wrong! This controller is not compatible with Virtual DJ. Major latency issues.. When I called Pioneer Tech support, I was told someone would call me back in 24 to 72 hours! Not my idea of customer support.

Disappointed
Not Good. Scratches on the jog plate and will only return for refund you cant exchange this item. Should have got this elsewhere.
