He recently has been required to wear safety gear at his job but the one the company provides is not adjustable and is uncomfortable. This one is great. He is able to adjust it to wear with a beanie in colder weather and the pads are removable for washing. A+

It has a sweatband that's very absorbent which could be a pro if that's your preference. The hard hat is almost scratch resistant as there's no damage to it after being worn on these hard jobs. It's also certified for a variety of work places which is another bonus.

Since it is the carbon fiber material, I would say it should be pretty tough. The only thing about it that I would say I don't like is there's not enough padding on the top section of the hat inside And it might start to feel a little uncomfortable wearing it after a long day.
