Honest review

Cam June 22, 2026

Love this brand, non toxic and works! Love putting something I can trust on my babies. Especially in the summertime with lots of sunscreen being used, I feel confident putting this on them %26 love that I don't have to worry about ingredients.

Great for the whole family

Lauren February 3, 2026

We've been using this on our whole family, especially my toddler twins and my younger child, and it has been a total win for us. All three have dry, sensitive skin and we've had zero issues irritation-wise, which honestly says everything. The texture is smooth and easy to apply, not thick or chalky, and it blends in quickly without any noticeable white cast. It glides on well, doesn't feel sticky, and has no overpowering scent, which is a big deal for us with sensitive skin. After applying, skin feels comfortable and hydrated, not greasy or heavy, and we haven't noticed any dryness or reactions even with frequent use. We use this year round in all weather hot, cold, sun, wind and it's been consistently reliable. A little goes a long way, and we just make sure to apply evenly and reapply as needed when we're outside longer. This has become a staple in our daily routine and one of those products we don't think twice about using on our kids. Highly recommend for families dealing with sensitive or dry skin

Better, but not quite there

Andrea March 8, 2026

I received a bottle of this for free in return for my honest review. This version of their SPF is closer to their non-water resistant formula of a year or two ago. It is a bit thinner and goes on more easily. It has prevented sunburn for myself and my two kids, and it hasn't irritated our sensitive skin. However, it still gives a pretty obvious cast that takes a while to go down. I have very fair skin and it blends more quickly, but for my kids, it takes a lot of rubbing in and waiting. This wouldn't be the worst thing if it didn't also still have the sand-like particles in it. The last version of the SPF I used had so many of these particles (despite shaking every time) that they would plug up the bottle opening and it would be impossible to dispense. This time, only a few show up now and then, but I am not sure why they are coming out at all. For that, the product loses a star.

Fewer harmful ingredients.

Dale March 7, 2026

If you want to spray some oily skin shine on to look hot, this product is not for you. If you want better ingredients and superior UV protection, you have found a keeper. Expect for it to take a little extra time to "rub in". You will have milky skin for awhile. I consider it to be a badge of honor. I care enough about my health to insist on the products with proven efficacy. btw, don't forget to reapply often.

Effective but Oily on Face

Sara February 3, 2026

As a mineral sunscreen fan for myself and kiddo, I was excited to try the Pipette mineral sunscreen lotion. There is a faint white cast that goes away with time but the oily feeling afterwards remains for at least an hour, probably because its a waterproof formulation. I have not seen others mention this so it may be my sensitive skin or for face applications, thus 4 stars because it is a great unscented and safe option for our family and does well when applied to the body so may be our go to for body application on swimming days but unfortunate to require a second separate face sunscreen in our pool bag.

SOLID Four stars!

momof5 January 28, 2026

I won't lie, I am pretty picky when it comes to what product I put on my kids, so when I say this earned 4 stars, it's a SOLID 4 stars. The smell is mild, and gives "unscented lotion meets sunscreen". Definitely non-offensive. My only critique is that it leaves the skin feeling a little tacky and sticky, which is unpleasant, but I know it can be common for sunscreen. Looking forward to the weather warming up so I can put this on my babies, but in the meantime, I'll keep using it as my daily SPF!

Will use again!

Momma o January 28, 2026

I was packing for a trip to see my mom in St Thomas (kid free) and this was all we had in the house. I packed it, I recently had an awful reaction to another brand of sunscreen so I'm trying to be very careful with ingredients. No reaction, so that was great but a little hard to rub in. I can see that being tricky with my kids.

Mineral Sunscreen

Susan March 17, 2026

This was a product sent to me for use and review. We really like d the sunscreen when out at the pool. My son is a baseball player and I asked him to try it as well. We liked the coverage and he was not burned. However it had a heavy white cast to it that we didn't like. We definitely will use it on pool days,

Find an Alternative

jennifer June 13, 2026

I don't normally leave reviews, but I am super bummed out with this product. It comes out with these little beads that are really aggravating for my son to have rubbed on his body and the beads don't dissolve. And after only a couple of uses one of the beadlets got stuck in the opening of the sunscreen and now I can't get it out without destroying the bottle of sunscreen. I would recommend finding another alternative.

Horrible change in formula

Cj February 10, 2026

The old formula was out daily driver! I could use as face sunscreen, my kids could use it and my husband who is sensitive to textures could use it too. What a sick joke it was to restock and come home with something NONE of us can handle having on our skin. The old formula was gentle, easy to soak in , and now it's gritty, oily, horrible white cast and dries all of our skin! My daughter got eczema from using this
