The trash can arrived with 2 Dents, but we kept it and it works fine.

The lids stain my lid broke I bought 4 2 came dented hard to move nice no finger prints but lid can't be coated it stains leaves marks and the kids flimsy not great

For some reason they have put a lip inside the trash can so every time you take the bag out you have to fight with the can because the lip catches on any bump, aka boxes, bottles, cans, etc. It’s really hard to get a good picture of the lip…..

I waited for a long time to receive the white trash. It kept being delayed for weeks? (customs) And I when I finally received it, it was so severely damaged and dented. I could not keep it- returning it for a refund

The trashcan came dented and the company gave me a hard time and has not refunded me or replaced it. They wanted me to try to fix it myself even after I told them it was a Christmas gift. Poor customer service.

It does not open fast at all.Although it's automatic. It always gets stuck, and sometimes does not open. always have to open it manually.

I purchased the trashcan on December 10 only less for three weeks now the lid doesn’t close it stays open all the time I think the sensors broke
