I kept seeing these on Instagram and I wanted to try it. I can't tell you if I've noticed a difference in how I look or feel but I can say that after I use it my legs will feel itchy (the blood flow) and i do feel better. my sister thought I would lose weight from it but I'm more so using it to wake everything up and hopefully help get rid of some cellulite before summer. I'll update if I notice a difference in appearance as well!

Doing 30 min daily, low 10 mid 10 and high 10, dont do the high unless you are fit, start with the low for 10, add 10 etc. Listen to your body, you dont need to shake your brain, watch some youtube workouts and give them a try

I am going to have to return my purchase.ABSOLUTELY NO FAULT OF the machine I bought.I have bad knees so I couldn't keep it.I loved it.My old wore out body should have known better.I would love to keep it but at 73 I thought I could use it .

This is a wonderful gift for the entire family. You can feel the vibrations throughout your entire body immediately. We love it. This will be super beneficial for my mom who 87 and doesnt walk far but needs excercise. She really likes it.

this was a gift for a friend. She said she loves it. Easy operation for the vibrating plate exerciser. I had ordered one months prior love mine as well.

This machine works well, but elderly mother can not use, its too much vibration even on lowest setting. Returning unit as I already have one and it works well for me.

I use this every day. It has really started to help with the inflammation. I was sore the first week but that is nearly all gone now. I do suggest you do some warm up exercises (jumping jacks or stationary bicycle for about 5-10 minutes) before using the machine. I keep it right next to my bed so I can easily do a cycle when I wake up and before I go to sleep.

The remote control arrived defective, and when I called Walmart, they told me they couldn't do anything and that I couldn't return the product. They said someone would contact me, but to this day, I've only received silence.

Bought this item on Cyber Monday. Received by Thursday. Did not come with all the pieces. Sent back Friday. A week 1/2 later it was received and then my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. One should have been waiting for send out as soon as they knew it had been shipped from me

I was looking for something that had a little more power behind the viberation. The highest setting on this device doesnt even compare to the-lowest viberation setting on the device im looking to replace. This device is also really small. Might be suitable for a really small person.
