Great smoker
Putting it together was not the easiest. Had to undo a few steps to make things fit, then go back and do again. First time using it was great! Kept a consistent temperature. The wood chip tray was super easy to load during use. Definitely recommend!

Propane version hard to control temp
I'm used to z-grill with constant temps. Hard to get used to adjust this smoker.

Burner on low
Burner goes out on the lowest settings. Will not maintain flame.

Poor Manufacturing QA/QC & Bad Thermostat
The Good - came well packaged so only one tiny almost unnoticeable crease on the top. Well built for the price range. Sturdier than major competitors at this price range. The Bad - the smoker tray jammed into its mounting slot the first time and I had to partially disassemble it to get it out then bend metal slightly to make it work smoothly. The heat control thermostat is junk. Won't hold a steady temperature +/- 25'F sometimes as bad as +/-50'F. Lowest temperature achievable is 225'F, so you can't cool/cold smoke.
